Emotional Triggers and Workplace Well-being

On March 15, Tatia Turashvili delivered a public lecture titled "Emotional Triggers and Workplace Well-being."

Tatia Turashvili is a Doctor of Psychology, Management Consultant, expert in Positive Psychology, and Associate Professor at the University of Georgia.

The lecture covered topics such as:

▶️ What causes our negative emotions at work and how can we manage our reactions?
▶️ How do negative and positive emotions impact our workplace well-being?
▶️ How can we enhance the sense of well-being at work?

 

The discussion was based on the concepts of positive psychology, including Martin Seligman’s PERMA well-being model, Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi’s happiness theory of FLOW, Daniel Goleman’s emotional intelligence theory, Barbara Fredrickson’s theory of positive emotions, and Kim Cameron’s foundations of positive organizational scholarship.
