The Department of Political Science and International Relations organized a public lecture on "Hybrid Warfare."
About the lecture:
Information warfare is one of the most powerful tools in hybrid warfare. What is new in 21st-century hybrid approaches? What are the goals and objectives of hybrid warfare? What tactics and mechanisms are used in conducting information warfare? How can we counter information warfare and reduce its negative impact on society and the country?
The lecture was delivered by Shota Gvinaria, Deputy Secretary of the National Security Council of Georgia.
