Institute of Georgian, German and International Criminal Law is pleased to announce the competition for winter School in Criminal Law - “Criminal Law and Human Rights’’ (Comparative Legal Anylisis) on February 14-16, 2020 - in Borjomi.

This is a joint project by Friedrich Naumann Foundation and the Institute of Georgian, German and International Criminal Law.

Winter school will be led by Professor Bachana Jishkariani,(LLM Munich), Prof. Martin Wassmer (Cologne, Germany) and Mario Schütze (Jena, Tbilisi).

The meetings will cover international and European effects on Georgian Criminal Law, Criminal Law and Freedom of Art, property and its protection in German Criminal Law, hidden investigation activities in German Procedure Law, freedom and Criminal Law, drug offences and personal freedom.

Lectures will be held in Georgian.

Only the law school students are eligible to participate in the project.
