The School of Social Sciences at the University of Georgia invites you to participate in an Investigative Journalism Hackathon. During the hackathon, participants will work in teams over 16 hours (across two working days) to produce an investigative journalism project.
The aim of the hackathon is to provide participants with an opportunity to apply their skills in information gathering, fact-checking, analysis, and storytelling in practice, while working under tight deadlines to create a high-quality investigative journalism product.
