The University of Georgia’s Culinary Academy “ARS GUSTO”, the only institution in the Caucasus offering a full professional culinary program, announces admissions for its One-Year “Full Culinary” Course.
The integrated program includes four main modules:
1. World Culinary Arts– Georgian, Italian, Asian, and French cuisine
2. World Pastry Arts– Full French pastry module
3. World Bread & Bakery Arts – German-Austrian, French, Italian, and Asian baking
4. Restaurant Management & Culinary Marketing– HoReCa management, branding, menu development, budgeting, inventory, HACCP, nutrition, and healthy eating
Graduates receive a bilingual (Georgian-English) certificate and are qualified for positions such as Brand Chef, Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Demi Chef.
Registration: December 7 – January 17, 2026
Classes start: January 26, 2026
