On 21st of March, School of Law of the University of Georgia will host e few events at the Samtskhe-Javakheti Regional office in Akhalstiskhe.

Representatives of the School of Law will provide free legal advice to local residents on the following topics:

• Domestic partnerships;
• Privatization;
• Contractual relations (purchase, rent, gift, loan, etc.);
• Family and hereditary disputes;
• Labor disputes (exemption from public and private institutions);
• Issues related to registration of ownership rights.

Additionally, the University of Georgia will host a public lecture for 11th and 12th graders.

Within the scope of lecture issues regarding juvenile employment and defense of personal data will be discussed:

• What is personal data ;
• Who has the right to access this information;
• Who is responsible in case of public disclosure;
• Appropriate workload in accordance with age;
• The salary and working hours that should be appropriate.

The speaker will be the head of the UG Free Legal Aid Service- Ms. Jana Chikovani.
Public lectures: “Work of Juveniles” and “Defense of Personal Data” will be read by the senior year students of School of Law: Ketevan Muradishvili and Salome Rurua.
