On 14th of March, the University of Georgia will host events at the Shida Kartli Regional Office in Gori.

1. Consultations

Legal consultations will be held about civil-administrative issues. Participants should document matters they are interested in.

Time: 11am-3:30 pm

2. Public Lecture for 12th Graders

Within the scope of the lecture the work of juveniles and defense of personal data will be discussed

• What is personal data;
• Who has the right to access this information;
• Who is responsible in case of public disclosure.

In addition to the work of the juveniles, the following issues will be discussed:

• Appropriate workload in accordance with age;
• The salary and working hours that should be appropriate.

The speaker will be the head of UG Free Legal Aid Service- Ms. Jana Chikovani.
Public lectures: “Work of Juveniles” and “Defense of Personal Data” will be led by senior year students of School of Law: Ketevan Muradishvili and Salome Rurua.
