Employment Support Center invites students and graduates of Informational Technologies and Business Administration programs of the University of Georgia to the online meeting with representatives construction company Unix.

Construction-development company Unix was established in 2016, which establishes new construction standards in Georgia.

The mission of the company is to create buildings with sophisticated design and modern technologies, which are not only complex buildings, but also a comfortable environment for the customer. This mission, in turn, is a challenge, with less organizational bureaucracy and more flexibility contributing to its implementation. In order to make modern technological solutions in buildings, and most importantly this process to be a continuous company, we decided to formulate an outstanding structure and create a Scrum team, which will bring together people of different competencies. The main goal of the team will be - to think, search, process technological solutions that will be integrated into buildings and will simplify people's lives.

* Agile structure implies the absence of hierarchies, the flexibility of management to get results quickly. Scrum is an email structure framework, roughly speaking, one of the project management methods used by email groups. Scrum will not have a hierarchy in the team, everyone will have their own task and will be responsible for performing this task. People in different roles should be united in the team, including engineers, information technologists, marketers. The main goal of the Scrum team will be to think of technological solutions and find them based on international practice.

First of all, we need smart, hardworking, interesting and result-oriented people who are fully involved in the Scram team.

·       The main activities of the person in this role will be - research of foreign practices, collection of technological solutions, information processing, preparation and presentation of a short presentation;

·       Analytics, presentation skills and fluency in English are important.

Stages of Scrum Team Membership:

1.     IQ test;

2.     Interview;

3.     Scrum Team Entry-Level Member - 3 months paid introductory cooperation;

4.     Scrum Team Member - Decision at the end of 3 months, depending on the outcome of the predefined KPI.
