During the exchange semester students do not cover any tuition costs at the Craiova University, however students must cover the tuition costs of the credits that are recognized by the end of the exchange program at the University of Georgia. The exchange program does not include: · Travel and Visa costs; · Daily expenses and accommodation costs.
In case of high academic performance, the University of Georgia fully funds the accommodation fees.
*The following students can not apply: · Bachelor’s students currently studying on their 1st semester; · Bachelor’s or Master’s students for whom the fall semester of the 2024-25 academic year will be the last semester of their studies; · Students whose student statuses are not active at the time of the application.

Students may choose subjects from different programs, however most of the subjects must be selected from the same program.
After completion of the exchange semester the transfer of credits will be executed according to the UG’s credit system, thus the number of credits of a transferred subjects will correspond to the number of credits assigned to the appropriate subjects at UG. The students do not pay any tuition fee to the host university; however the student must cover the cost of the recognized credits at the University of Georgia after completion of the exchange semester. |

Accommodation |

Dong-A University offers its own student accommodation to the exchange students.

Language Requirement |
|
The students are able to study the courses in the English language during their exchange period. The students are required to submit a certificate of the English language CEFR B2 level proficiency (IELTS, TOEFL or other internationally recognized certificate). The certificate must be valid at the time of application.
In the absence of the certificate students can attend the English language exam instead. The details of the English exam will be provided via MY UG messages.

The students must submit the following documents:
· Application Form (please download from here: https://bit.ly/3Aa7K7w ) · Motivation Letter · CV (Europass format - https://europa.eu/europass/en/create-europass-cv ) · Reference letter from the appropriate School of UG (Please address the assistant of your school) · English language proficiency certificate* (CEFR B2 level valid at the time of applying) · Passport copy · Students currently studying on the 1st semester of the Master’s program, who have not completed their bachelor’s degree at the University of Georgia, must additionally submit the transcript of records of their bachelor’s studies in the English language · Certificate of Insurance · Certificate of health including Tuberculosis - Inspections for Tuberculosis must be done in hospitals appointed by hospitals in provinces appointed by the Korean embassy.
*Students who attend the English language exam and pass, do not need to submit any certificate for the English language.
