We are pleased to announce the call for applications for Erasmus+ exchange program at the University of Granada, Spain.  

Selected students will study one semester at the University of Granada (Fall Semester, 2025-26 academic year)

During the exchange semester students do not cover any tuition costs at the University of Granada, however students must cover the tuition costs of the credits that are recognized by the end of the exchange program at the University of Georgia.

The exchange program includes:

·        Travel costs

·        Daily expenses and accommodation costs

·        Study fees at the host university

Only the students of PhD level are eligible to apply.

*The following students can not apply:

·        Bachelor’s or Master’s degree students;

·        Students for whom the fall of the 2025-26 academic year will be the last semester of their studies.

·        Students whose student statuses are not active at the time of the application.

After completion of the exchange semester the transfer of credits will be executed according to the UG’s credit system, meaning the number of credits of a transferred subjects will correspond to the number of credits assigned to the appropriate subjects at UG. Students do not pay any tuition fee to the host university; however, the student must cover the cost of the recognized credits at the University of Georgia after completion of the exchange semester.

Accommodation

Students have a right to use a different accommodation form if they choose to do so.

Language Requirement

The students are able to study the courses in the English language during their exchange period. The students are required to submit a certificate of the English language CEFR B2 level proficiency (IELTS, TOEFL or other internationally recognized certificate).

The certificate must be valid at the time of application.

If the student does not have an internationally recognized certificate, she/he can attend the English language B2 examination. Details about the examination will be provided via MY UG messages.

The students must submit the following documents:

·        Motivation Letter

·        CV (Europass format - https://europa.eu/europass/en/create-europass-cv )

·        Reference letter from the appropriate School of UG (Please address the assistant of your school

·        English language proficiency certificate* (CEFR B2 level valid at the time of applying)

·        Passport copy

*Students who attend the English language exam and pass, do not need to submit any certificate for the English language.
