Call for applications for Mobility Direct exchange program at the European Humanities University (Vilnius, Lithuania)

Students will study one semester at the European Humanities University (Fall Semester - 2021-2022 academic year)

During the exchange semester students do not cover any tuition costs at EHU, however students must cover the tuition costs of the credits that are recognized by the end of the exchange program at the University of Georgia.

The exchange program does not include:

·         Travel and Visa costs

·         Daily expenses and accommodation costs

In case of high academic performance, the University of Georgia fully funds the accommodation fees.

The fall semester at EHU will last from October 2021 till February 2022.

*The following students can not apply:

·         Bachelor’s students currently studying on their 1^st semester

·         Bachelor’s or Master’s students for whom the fall semester of the 2021-22 academic year will be the last semester of their studies.

·         Students whose student statuses are not active at the time of the application

After completion of the exchange semester the transfer of credits will be executed according to the UG’s credit system, meaning the number of credits of a transferred subjects will correspond to the number of credits assigned to the appropriate subjects at UG. The students do not pay any tuition fee to the host university, however the student must cover the cost of the recognized credits at the University of Georgia after completion of the exchange semester.

*Students can only take courses marked for the “Fall semester”

Accommodation

EHU offers assistance to the students in finding suitable accommodation in Vilnius. Students are free to seek out any other form of accommodation on their own.

Language Requirement

The students are able to study the courses in the English language during their exchange period. The students are required to submit a certificate of the English language CEFR B2 level proficiency (IELTS, TOEFL or other internationally recognized certificate)

Required Documents

The students must submit the following documents:

·         Motivation Letter

·         CV (Europass format - https://europa.eu/europass/eportfolio/screen/cv-editor?lang=en)

·         Reference letter from the appropriate School of UG (Please address the assistant of your school)

·         English language proficiency certificate

·         Passport

The student must submit the documents before April 26^th  on the following email address:  exchange@ug.edu.ge

Please indicate the following in the subject of the email: “EHU Exchange Program”

All required documents must be attached to the same email.
