Eldar Shengelaia
Eldar Shengelaia was born in January 26, 1933. He was first secretary of Georgian Cinematographer Union. He was supreme council deputy. In 1992 Mr. Shengelaia became deputy of Georgian parliament and chairman of cultural commission. In 1995 he was first deputy of Parliament chairman. In 1979 he was awarded as a Georgian Public Artist and later as a Soviet Union Public Artist. Eldar Shengelaia got Soviet Union State Premium and Rustaveli Premium. Eldar Shengelaia is executive producer about 10 Georgian movies.
