 Title:   Clinical and behavioral features of the residual period of Covid 19

Note

 

The goal:

A study of the clinical and behavioral characteristics of the residual period of Covid 19 in Tbilisi Primary Health Care and specialized centers in 2021-2024.

 

Description:

Study of patients medical  documentation (outpatient medical card) and behavior by nosological groups, consulted by Primary Health Care physician for the cause of Covid 19 .

In particular: General therapy (respiratory, allergy, rheumatology, hematology, etc.), psycho-neurology (headache, speech disorder, general asthenia, memory impairment, etc.), endocrine, ophthalmology, reproductive, gastrointestinal systems (diarrhea, etc.), otorhinolaryngology and other directions; Terms of treatment and self-medication.

Pediatric, geriatric, reproductive

2.The program is administered by the person, who also  prescribes events according to the defined deadlines, provides a scientific group meeting once a month.

4. Mentors with scientific skills according to nosologies/subprojects

 

 

A.The duration of student involvement is at least 1 semester; Minimum of 2 and no more than 7 students are allowed for each nosology.

B. Data mining on each nosology can also be allowed  at least 1 and no more than 10 students per semester

C. Involvement in the studies includes: literary processing, data extraction-processing, Involvement in  prosess of analysis, facilitating the preparation of a scientific article

D. Presentation of the work at the relevant conferences done under the supervision of the mentor .

 

 

 

A. Research sub-projects are formed according to each nosology and problematic issue

 

B.The project is funded by the School of Health Sciences of the University of Georgia

Expenses include: 1. Remuneration of researchers.

2 .operating expenses,

3 .material and technological costs.

4. Necessary expenses for professional communication (seminars, participation in conferences)

5 .Publication costs

Processing of scientific literature (1-3 years)

Result: Preparation and submission of review articles by nosological groups In scientific journals with an impact factor(At least 7, years: 2021, 2022, 2023)

Bioethics Council, to write conclusions according to the directions of research

Motivate the involvement of Primary Health Care physicians and specialists in the research process.Obtaining informed consent of the persons involved in the research, identifying barriers
