The research was conducted by the initiative of the Committee on European Integration of the Parliament of Georgia and with the support of the German International Cooperation Society's GIZ Program, and participated in Ilia State University, Georgian University, Georgian Institute of Public Affairs and GIZ. Professors - Nata Sturua, Ana Khurtsidze and Gia Japaridze were involved in research from Georgian University.
