We are proud to inform you that a memorandum of cooperation between the University of Georgia and the Austrian Blockchain Center has been signed. The memorandum aims to carry out various research activities, both in the direction of scientific and joint projects.
🇦🇹🇬🇪 Austrian Blockchain Center is the largest blockchain center in Austria, which is founded by 5 leading Austrian universities and works both in the direction of introducing blockchain technologies and practical research experiences.
🇦🇹🇬🇪 The delegation of the University of Georgia in Austria was represented by: Rector - Konstantine Topuria, Head of the Informatics Department Sulkhan Sulkhanishvili and Head of the Rector's Office, Tinatin Endeladze. It should be noted that the associate professor of the University of Georgia, Nata Sturua, is the leading researcher of the Austrian Blockchain Center and ensures the involvement of the University of Georgia in the activities of the same research center.
Within the framework of the visit, several bilateral projects were discussed, and the final goal is the development of the blockchain joint master's program.
