Parvin Mozafari, student of the Medicine Program at the School of Health Sciences at the University of Georgia participated at the International Neuroscience Conference 2025, which was held on November 29-30, Tbilisi.
Parvin Mozafari successfully presented two research projects with poster presentations.
Poster "Targeting Reticular Thalamic Hyperexcitability: A Circuit-Based Therapeutic Strategy for Autism Spectrum Disorders" - was ranked in the Second Best Poster Presentation Award category, and poster ""Harnessing Neuroplasticity: Mechanisms of Brain Resilience and Functional Recovery" - was selected for an oral presentation at next year’s conference Neuro2026.
