The School of Arts and Humanities at the University of Georgia has established the Association for Interdisciplinary Research in Education (GAIRE). The Association’s core mission is to identify strategic and pressing issues in the field of education, conduct rigorous interdisciplinary research, and promote evidence-based decision-making at institutional and policy levels.
The Georgian Association for Interdisciplinary Research in Education (GAIRE) has also become a member organization of the European Educational Research Association (EERA).
Membership in EERA signifies that Georgia is now formally integrated into the European educational research community. The Association brings together national research bodies from across Europe and fosters international collaboration, knowledge exchange, and the advancement of high-quality research standards.
