On October 4-8, the delegation of the University of Georgia participated in the International Symposium "Digital Caucasiology - a change of paradigm" organized by the Goethe University of Frankfurt, Main.
The delegation included: the President of the University of Georgia, Professor Manana Sanadze, the Director of the Scientific Research Institute, Professor Zviad Gabisonia, and the Director of the School of Arts and Humanities, Professor Tinatin Ghudushauri.
The conference was opened by the president of Frankfurt Goethe University, Professor Enrico Schleif. The conference was welcomed by the President of the University of Georgia and the Director of the Research Institute of Georgian Studies named after Tamaz Beradze, Professor Manana Sanadze, who introduced the participants of the symposium the research achievements of the University of Georgia and the prospects of cooperation with the University of Frankfurt.
The University of Georgia plans to support the Institute of Empirical Linguistics at Goethe University Frankfurt, which will increase research opportunities and expand the area of joint grants.
