The Director of the School of Law at the University of Georgia, Ana Khurtsidze, participated in the IAC Eurasia Arbitration Week 2026, held in Astana, Kazakhstan.
As part of her panel discussion, participants explored the role of practical Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) education in the development of modern dispute resolution systems and the preparation of future legal professionals for emerging challenges in the legal field.
Joining Ana Khurtsidze on the panel were internationally recognized scholars, researchers, and practitioners, including Kabir Duggal, Professor Hiro Aragaki, Professor Deanna Pantín Parrish, and Dr. Mukhit Yeleuov.
