In response to the recent attacks on The University of Georgia and its students, the rector of The University of Georgia, Konstantine Topuria, met with representatives of the diplomatic corps at the Pullman Hotel on March 28.

 Within the framework of the meeting, the diplomatic corps got acquainted with the history of the establishment of the university, including public and transparent procurement documents, finances spent on the purchase of infrastructure.

The conversation also touched on the values of The University of Georgia and its goals in terms of building and establishing a free and democratic society.

 We remind you that in response to the false information, spread by officials about The University of Georgia recently, including the accusation of "transferring the university to Giuli Alasania for 1 GEL", the rector of the university has already filed a lawsuit with the city court.
