On 16-17th of March, the School of Science and Technology hosted a two-day camp for 12th graders on: “Personal Data Protection and Cyber Security” in Sighnaghi, Georgia.

Within the framework of the event, importance of Personal Data Protection and different methods of providing Cyber Security were discussed.

The University of Georgia Selected 11th and 12th graders from: Ilia Vekua Tbilisi N42 Public School of Physics-Mathematics, Vladimir Komarov Tbilisi School of Physics and Mathematics N199, and Tbilisi Archimedes School.

The guest speakers were: Information Security Officer of Personal Data Protection, visiting lecturer of the University of Georgia - Aleksandre Mezurnishvili and IT Auditor of State Audit Office - Grishel Chokhonelidze.
