On April 17, the School of Health Sciences and Public Health of the University of Georgia hosted a public lecture by Sandra Elisabeth Roelofs “Global Health Diplomacy”. The lecture was attended by the students and academic faculty of the University of Georgia, as well as other universities and representatives of medical society. During the lecture Mrs. Sandra Roelofs discussed such issues related to global health diplomacy, as core components of global health diplomacy, comparison of old and new diplomacies, international conventions, global health governance structures beyond UN, key persons in GHD, etc. The lecture was followed by an interesting discussion.
