On 14th of November, the University of Georgia, within the framework of the Week of Tolerance, hosted a public lecture on: “Tolerance towards Environment”.

Within the framework of the event different issues were discussed:

• Conflict Between Human Civilization and Mother Nature;
• Environmental Protection;
• Value Systems- Aesthetics, Condolence, Property.

The meeting was held in an interactive mode, audition and the speaker shared interesting ideas about Sustainable Development and the practical actions that can save modern ecological condition.

The lecture was led by  Levan Butkhuzi, Director of SEED Georgia.

It should be noted that the University of Georgia laid the foundation for tradition of Week of Tolerance in 2104, giving way to a meaningful tradition for the sake of popularizing ideas of humanism and tolerance.
