On 13th of November, the University of Georgia, within the scope of Week of Tolerance, hosted a public lecture on: “Tolerance towards People with a Mental Illness”.
Within the framework of the lecture Attitudes on Mental Health in Georgia and its issues were discussed. The lecture was interactive with positive feedbacks from audition and share human stories about mental illness.
Public Lecture was led by Ketevan Silagadze, Psychiatrist.
It should be noted that the University of Georgia laid the foundation for tradition of Week of Tolerance in 2104, giving way to a meaningful tradition for the sake of popularizing ideas of humanism and tolerance.
