On March 14, the University of Georgia hosted the large-scale regional qualifying round of the GENIUS Olympiad, where the top 9 teams of students interested in coding were selected.
With the support of the Educational Robotics Association, ROKO Academy, and the University of Georgia, the winning teams will participate in the semifinal round on March 21 and compete for a spot in the GENIUS Olympiad finals, which will be held in June in Rochester.
The selected teams, from the University of Georgia, will compete online against students from approximately 40 countries worldwide.
