Nata Sturua is a Doctor Juris. She studied at Tbilisi State University and at the University of Vienna. She graduated from the Academy of Hertie School of Governance. For years she has been working in the education sector in both the public and private sectors. She teaches at different universities. 
Since 2017 she is a mediator of Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labor, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia. She works with International Organizations as a legal expert.
Since 2016 she is a coach of the UGLS team, in 2019 at ICC commercial mediation competition, she as a coach get a 3rd prize award. 
She has published articles in labor law, migration law and consumer protection law.
