With the support of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation and the organization of the Georgian, German and International Criminal Law Institutions, the School of Law of the University of Georgia announces admission to the Autumn School "Criminal Law and Human Rights". The school will be held on November 12-14, in the hotel "Crown Plaza Borjomi" in Borjomi.
Undergraduate (after second year) and Master (any year) students of law schools accredited in Georgia can participate.
To participate in the competition, you need to send the following documents electronically to the following e-mail: institute.criminallaw@gmail.com
• cv with photo;
• Sheet of marks for the previous semesters (a scanned version or image of the extract from the e-database is also available);
• Well reasoned cover letter, why the contestant should be selected.
Deadline for receiving applications is 24th of October.
Working language German-Georgian, consistent translation.
Participation is free and all expenses are financed by the fund, including travel expenses (Tbilisi-Borjomi, Borjomi-Tbilisi).
Necessary regulations for coronavirus:
• By government decision, all guests / conference attendees must submit a PCR test (to be performed 72 hours prior to the start of the session) or a rapid antigen test (24 hours prior to the start of the session);
• If a Covid Passport holder is a participant, which means that 14 days must have passed since the full vaccination, the above tests will no longer be required;
• Individuals who have moved to Covid 19 in the last 6 months (requires a relevant certificate from the facility where the virus was detected) will no longer need a vaccination certificate or a negative test to attend conferences or other events.
