On March 30, 2024, Israeli House organized a special event dedicated to Georgia-Israeli relations and Israeli House's 35-year activity in Georgia.

The event was attended by the Israeli Knesset and Georgia’s MPs, the Israeli business sector, Georgian and Israeli public figures, students, and professors of the Universities of Georgia.

Itsik  Moshe,  head of the Israeli House, opened the meeting. He focused on the activities done by the Israeli House and thanked the heads of the Parliamentary Friendship Groups of Georgia and Israel for their contribution to the approximation of the nations.

The Head of the Georgia-Israel Parliamentary Friendship Group and chair of the Education, Science, and Youth Affairs Committee, Givi Mikanadze, and the Head of the Israel-Georgia Friendship Group of the Knesset, David Bitan addressed the audience. Mr. Mikanadze announced the decision of the Ministry of Education, Science, and Youth of Georgia to include topics on Holocaust and anti-Semitism in the national school curriculum of Georgia.

Mr. Moshe delivered the certificates of appreciation to some universities in Georgia. Among them was Professor Tsira Chikvaidze, head of the department of history at the School of Arts and Humanities at the University of Georgia. The University of Georgia was the first university in Georgia where the Holocaust Studies course was integrated into BA history. Tsira Chikvaidze thanked Mr. Moshe and underlined that Georgia stands with Israel.
