A three-day training program titled "The Role of a Business Analyst in Agile Product Development" was held for students of the Business Analytics Bachelor's Program.

The workshop aimed to provide participants with both fundamental theoretical knowledge and practical experience, utilizing the Agile methodology, which emphasizes rapid adaptation and teamwork.

Agile is a widely used work methodology in project management, product development, and business process improvement.

As a result of the training, participants gained:
