The 5th international conference of UGSPN addressed critical issues in global and regional politics. Over the two days, discussions covered significant topics such as the US and European Parliament elections, the Russia-Ukraine war, and issues concerning the South Caucasus and Black Sea regions.

Notable participants included Joao Gomes Cravinho, former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Portugal, Vladimir Kulminski, former Deputy Prime Minister of Moldova, along with leading international researchers and decision-makers.

Additionally, attendees were introduced to UGSPN's study, "Ultra-right radicalization in modern Georgia: mobilization and motivation trends among young people," which highlights the spread of radical views among the youth.
