On 17-18 April, 2015 VII international scientific conference “Our Spiritual Bulwark” was held in Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University. Tamar Koridze, professor of Humanitarian School at the University of Georgia, participated in the conference and her report was “Central and Regional Governance of Abkhazian (Western Georgia) Eparchy in –XVIII Centuries (based on the diplomatic sources)” (Co-reporter, doctor of history - scientific worker in the National Manuscript Centre – T. Kartvelishvili). The conference, being thematic and dedicated to the issues of the church history, was of great interest and revealed numerous scientific innovations and was evaluated as one of the productive scientific forums.
