On June 24, the Institute for Global and European Health Education and Research at the School of Health Sciences, University of Georgia, hosted a delegation of professors and researchers from Emory University and the EGTB-RTP Fogarty Program, led by Professor Henry Blumberg, a renowned international expert in tuberculosis research.

During the visit, the guests were introduced to the university’s academic programs and Georgia’s approach to integrating global health into higher education. They also toured the university campus. The meeting concluded with a discussion on potential areas for future collaboration and the development of joint projects.
