Izolda Khokhashvili - Invited Lecturer - Leads the lecture course in Food and Beverage Management. She holds a degree of an Academic Doctor of Biology. Mrs. Khokhashvili has a vast experience working in the educational sector; for many years she has been leading various educational courses in the field of tourism, namely, Introduction to Tourism, Food and Beverage Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, Eco-Tourism. Izolda Khokhashvili is also active in scientific research. She has published scientific papers in international peer-reviewed journals and participated in international scientific conferences and scientific projects funded by both, local and international foundations.
