Bela Pipia - Graduated with honors from the University of Georgia, School of Law, in 2012. Since 2014, she has been working at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia, in particular, from 2014 - 2018 she was working as a Senior Inspector-Investigator. From 2018 - up to present time, she has been working as an inspector of especially important cases in the Human Rights and Investigation Quality Monitoring Department. Her main area of competence is monitoring the investigation of violence against women and domestic violence cases.
She has passed the Georgian Bar Association’s Bar Exam and the Council of Europe’s HELP training course. In addition, she has participated in numerous training courses. Bella Pipia participates in trainings conducted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the purpose of retraining investigators.
