Nino besiashvili graduated from Tbilisi State Medical University in 2016. Continued education in otorhinolaryngology residency at the same university. From 2016 to 2018 also studied at Ilia State University Business School master's program in healthcare management and politics. Since 2018 she has worked as a guest lecturer. In 2023, she enrolled in the doctoral program of Ilia State University. She has more than 5 years of experience in practical knowledge, in 2012 worked as a doctor's assistant (Department of Ophthalmology) in 2012 she worked on the “Summer job” project. From 2015 worked as an assistant doctor in the Israel-Gorgian medical research clinic “Helsicore”. After that, she started to work as a junior doctor in Central Republican Hospital of Georgia, (Department of Emergency). From 2015 to 2016 worked as head of shift in The First University Clinic (Department of Emergency). And at the same time involved in science research practice. 2018 - 2020 she worked as a junior ear, nose, and throat doctor in this hospital. 2019 - 2021 He held the position of invited lecturer in the Department of Clinical Skills and Multidisciplinary Simulation of Tbilisi State Medical University. From 2021 until now, she has been working at the National Center for Ear, Nose, and Throat Diseases, Japaridze-Kevanishvili Clinic, a doctor of otorhinolaryngology, and she holds the same position in the Neolab clinic. She is the Co-Author of articles: ‘’Biomarkers in the diagnosis of rare disease innovative approaches by predictive and personalized medicine’, Caucasus Journal of Health Sciences and Public Health. 2019 ‘’Obstacles in the Development of Nonprofit Hospitals in Georgia’’.
