MA students and graduates of the University of Georgia have an opportunity to apply for the position of administrative specialist in one of the companies.
Main responsibilities:
- Administrative support of the working processes of the medical institution;
- Control the cost of non-medical supplies and order within the established time frame
- Organization of the selection process of a new employee in the clinic;
- Electronic delivery of the changes made in the branch to the head office, uploading to the relevant program and archiving in material form;
- Creation of necessary conditions for the proper work of a new employee;
- Signing new employees' appointment and dismissal documentation, registration of reporting to work;
- Registration of employee's certificate, vacation/sickness papers;
- Organizing/managing the process in case of employee trainings, planning meetings;
- Registration of patients with doctors, activation of patients' stories based on the chief manager's certificate;
- Registration/sorting of incoming and outgoing correspondence; Coordination of correspondence response preparation;
- Preparation of a report on the work performed, upon request by the immediate supervisor;
- Performing various tasks specified by the immediate supervisor, which are directly or indirectly related to his activity.
Main requirements:
- high education;
- At least 1 year of work experience as an office manager or HR assistant/administration is preferred;
- Knowledge of the Labor Code is desirable;
- Knowledge of office programs at an average level.
