Junior and senior year students, MA students and graduates of the University of Georgia have an opportunity to apply for a paid internship as a junior specialist at one of the payroll companies.
Main responsibilities:
- HR documentation administration;
- Involvement in the preparation of payroll;
- Participation in salary calculation according to the Labor Code;
- Creation of payment orders in Internet Bank;
- Involvement in the preparation of reports related to payroll;
- Communicating with clients (including foreign clients) and consulting them regarding salary issues;
- Performing other work-related functions on the instructions of the direct supervisor.
Main requirements:
- Higher education, preferably in the direction of business administration (3rd and 4th year students are also considered);
- Knowledge of the English language;
- Knowledge of MS Office programs (intermediate knowledge of Excel is desirable);
- Knowledge of labor code will be considered an advantage.
Personal competencies and skills:
- Effective written and oral communication skills;
- Orientation to details;
- analytical and logical thinking;
- Ability to effectively manage time;
- Ability to work individually and in a team.
