Junior and senior year students, MA students and graduates of the University of Georgia have an opportunity to apply for the position of accountant in the direction of production in one of the companies.
Main responsibilities:
- independently managing the company's current accounting affairs according to the instructions of the manager - performing and monitoring operations;
- accounting and control of sales operations of goods and services;
- performing the appropriate accounting procedures according to the source of salary accrual;
- accounting of expenses and production on relevant accounts;
- Accounting of bank statements and cash register operations in the accounting program;
- accounting of loans and interest expenses;
- Accounting/monitoring of foreign exchange operations, ensuring correctness of foreign currency balances (performing revaluation operations)
- Accounting of fixed assets (purchase, depreciation, sale)
- Control of the correctness of receivables and payables balances.
- Preparation of monthly and annual declarations of the ordering company and ensuring their submission in the appropriate terms;
- Preparation of pre-agreed accounts, reports for the customer.
Main requirements:
- At least 2 years of work experience as an accountant in production (especially in the field of confectionery) is mandatory;
- Good knowledge of the specifics of production processes is mandatory;
- Higher education in technical or economic direction;
- Must have passed at least one level of ACCA;
- English B2 level is mandatory;
- knowledge of office programs is mandatory;
- Knowledge of Excel at a high level is mandatory;
- Knowledge of accounting program Balance is desirable.
