Vacancy: Customer Support Shift Manager
Company: SixValues

SixValues is a fast-growing, tech services company working with global brands and delivering world-class customer experiences. The company is now seeking a Customer Support Shift Manager in Tbilisi to join its Customer Support team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the Customer Support team to achieve excellent performance;

  • Oversee VIP Managers’ performance, ensuring proper conduct and work ethics;

  • Manage daily shift operations and ensure compliance with company procedures;

  • Monitor KPIs (response time, resolution rates, customer satisfaction) and proactively suggest improvements;

  • Handle escalations and ensure timely, high-quality resolutions;

  • Prepare end-of-shift reports and collaborate effectively with other Shift Managers;

  • Onboard, train, and develop team members, fostering continuous growth;

  • Respond quickly to service disruptions or crises and manage escalation effectively.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or related field;

  • 1-3 years of customer support experience (preferably in a call center);

  • Proven leadership experience in shift and team management;

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills;

  • Knowledge of CRM systems, call center tools, and Microsoft Office;

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills;

  • Customer-first mindset and focus on service excellence;

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
