Vacancy: Customer Support Shift Manager

SixValues is a fast-growing, tech services company working with global brands and delivering world-class customer experiences. The company is now seeking a Customer Support Shift Manager in Tbilisi to join its Customer Support team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the Customer Support team to achieve excellent performance;
Oversee VIP Managers’ performance, ensuring proper conduct and work ethics;
Manage daily shift operations and ensure compliance with company procedures;
Monitor KPIs (response time, resolution rates, customer satisfaction) and proactively suggest improvements;
Handle escalations and ensure timely, high-quality resolutions;
Prepare end-of-shift reports and collaborate effectively with other Shift Managers;
Onboard, train, and develop team members, fostering continuous growth;
Respond quickly to service disruptions or crises and manage escalation effectively.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or related field;
1-3 years of customer support experience (preferably in a call center);
Proven leadership experience in shift and team management;
Excellent verbal and written English skills;
Knowledge of CRM systems, call center tools, and Microsoft Office;
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills;
Customer-first mindset and focus on service excellence;
Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
