Main responsibilities:

·         Analyze menu sales;

·         Participate in renovation of the menu;

·         Issue recommendations regarding pricing of food;

·         Control supplies and prices;

·         Report on overloading of objects;

·         Report and analyze monthly;

·         Analyze loyal customers;

·         Perform other tasks entrusted by the supervisor in case of need.

Qualification requirements:

·         Education in business administration, finance, economics or other related fields;

·         High-level knowledge of Office programs, especially MS Excel;

·         Knowledge of English and/or Russian languages.

·         Time management and prioritization skills;
