Junior and senior year students, MA students and graduates of the University of Georgia have an opportunity to apply for the position of a sales specialist in one of the companies.
Main responsibilities:
- Finding and attracting potential clients;
- Communicating with existing clients and providing full service;
- studying the characteristics of the products;
- Production of monthly reporting and care for continuous development;
- Constant monitoring and study of the market;
- Conducting negotiations with clients.
Main requirements:
- Work experience in the field of sales, preferably in the direction of construction;
- written and verbal communication skills;
- English language proficiency at an intermediate level;
- Good knowledge of office programs (MS Office), especially Excel.
Personal competencies and skills:
- Ability to explain and convince;
- Customer orientation and ability to see from their perspective.
Working Conditions:
- Working schedule: full rate, from 10:00 to 19:00, except weekends;
- Vacation and rest days in accordance with the Labor Code of Georgia;
- Remuneration (monthly): 1000 GEL + bonuses (on average 1000-1500 GEL), trial period - 3 months.
Selection stage:
- Selection of CV;
- Testing;
- Interview.
