Work Schedule: Part-time / Reduced Hours (30 hours per week / 6 hours per day)
Remuneration: Fixed base salary + performance-based bonus system
About the Organization
SOS Children’s Villages Georgia is an international non-profit social development organization dedicated to providing family-like care and prevention of child abandonment for vulnerable children and youth across Georgia.
Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic, charismatic, and goal-oriented Team Leader to build, guide, and inspire our Face-to-Face (F2F) fundraising team. In this role, you will lead by example, demonstrating effective direct communication in the field while driving donor recruitment initiatives that directly improve the lives of children in need.
Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management & Leadership: Recruiting, managing, and developing a high-performing fundraising team; cultivating a positive, productive, and cohesive work culture.
  • Role Modeling & Field Coaching: Leading by example in the field through direct Face-to-Face communication and public outreach to recruit regular individual donors.
  • Training & Quality Control: Conducting ongoing onboarding, coaching, and training sessions; providing constructive feedback and continuously refining outreach strategies.
  • Operations & Coordination: Managing field locations, shift logistics, and serving as a key liaison between management and frontline team members.
Qualification Requirements & Ideal Profile
  • Experience: Prior background in direct sales, customer relations, telemarketing, or face-to-face fundraising is highly preferred.
  • Leadership Capabilities: Proven ability to motivate, inspire, and unite a team around shared organizational goals.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, persuasion, and public communication skills.
  • Personal Attributes: High sense of accountability, resilience, initiative, and a strong passion for social impact.
