Junior and senior year students, MA students and graduates of the University of Georgia have an opportunity to apply for the position of HR project assistant in one of the companies.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure that outsourcing services are provided to the client in accordance with the contract, on time and with high quality;
- Management of employees' personal files;
- Storing, updating, accounting of documents;
- Production, control, updating of databases;
- Preparation of payroll files;
- Communication with employees and timely response to their needs and questions;
- Communication with the client and timely response to their needs and questions;
- Accounting of all types of vacation days;
- administration of business trips;
- Administration of staff selection process if necessary;
- Performing other similar tasks received from the manager.
Main requirements:
- High education;
- Up to 1 year work experience in HR administration is preferred;
- Knowledge of Armenian and Georgian languages is necessary. Knowledge of the English language is desirable;
- Knowledge of computer programs (MS Office).
Personal competencies and skills:
- Detail-oriented, attentive;
- Hard working;
- Good communication skills.
