Internship in Recruiting and Selection Field - Paid

Senior year students, MA students and graduates of the University of Georgia have an opportunity to apply for an intern position in recruiting and selection field at one of the holding companies.

 

Main responsibilities:

·         Assist the personnel recruiting and selection department to plan and lead recruitment process;

·         Use social media (LinkedIn, Facebook) to search potential personnel and make offers;

·         Administrate resumes and candidate’s bases;

·         Plan and lead pre-hire procedures for selected candidates.

Main requirements:

·         Education in social sciences is desirable – labor and organizational psychology;

·         Knowledge of English and Russian languages;

·         Knowledge of computer programs;

·         Ability to work with team;

·         Analytical thinking;

·         Ability to negotiate.

Work type – full time, paid.
