Senior year students, MA students and graduates of the University of Georgia have an opportunity to apply for a position of an investor relations and fundraising management specialist at one of the companies.

Main responsibilities:
· Involvement in the annual financing management process, including negotiations, due diligence, and execution of transactions; general process support;
· Support of investor relations manager and senior financial officer in daily activities;
· Management of projects related to technical assistance;
· Monitor of contractual terms and control of the fulfillment of contractual obligations;
· Prepare and update corporate presentations, analytical reports, press releases and other related materials for interested parties;
· Ensure timely reporting to creditors.
Main requirements:
· Higher education (preferably in the direction of finance);
· In-depth knowledge of principles of corporate finance, financial accounting, and macroeconomics;
· At least 6 months of work experience in finance is desirable;
· Detail-oriented, analytical thinking and project management skills;
· Fluency in English (writing, speaking);
· High ethical standards, outstanding personal and verbal/written communication skills;
· Basic knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Word, Outlook;
· Ability to work in a team environment, respond effectively to the needs of colleagues;
· ACCA books will be considered as an advantage;
· Ability to travel abroad on business trips as needed.
