Junior and senior year students, MA students and graduates of the University of Georgia have an opportunity to apply for the position of a contact center specialist in one of the companies.
Main responsibilities:
- Return feedback on incoming messages and calls;
- Support of providers through various communication channels;
- If necessary, investigating the issue received from the provider with internal departments of the organization and/or providers and suppliers and feedback to the customer or provider;
- Control of orders received in the application and communication with the customer and supplier in case of deviation from the standard/delay;
- Periodically, making outgoing calls within the campaign, in order to give a gift to a loyal customer.
Main requirements:
- Must know MS Office programs and social networks at the consumer level;
- Must be a student or graduate;
- It is desirable, but not necessary, if you have experience in the field of sales or service.
Personal competencies and skills:
- Ability to work in a team and independently;
- Openness to news;
- Willingness to express initiatives;
- Ability to cope with stressful situations.
