Junior and senior year students, MA students and graduates of the University of Georgia have an opportunity to apply for a support specialist position in one of the companies.

Main responsibilities:

• Providing timely, complete and detailed feedback to the user on incoming questions;
• If an incident is detected, start the incident management process and coordinate with relevant departments;
• Management and accounting of all issues entered into the system of donations;
• Timely feedback on the completed incident to the incident initiator.

Main requirements::

• Interest in information technologies;
• Proficiency in English;
• Knowledge of office computer programs;

Working Conditions:

• Monthly fixed salary - 800 GEL
• Standard schedule - Monday - Friday (10:00 - 19:00)
