Junior and senior year students, MA students and graduates of the University of Georgia have an opportunity to apply for a support specialist position in one of the companies.
Main responsibilities:
- Providing timely, complete and detailed feedback to the user on incoming questions;
- If an incident is detected, start the incident management process and coordinate with relevant departments;
- Management and accounting of all issues entered into the system of donations;
- Timely feedback on the completed incident to the incident initiator.
Main requirements::
- Interest in information technologies;
- Proficiency in English;
- Knowledge of office computer programs;
Working Conditions:
- Monthly fixed salary - 800 GEL
- Standard schedule - Monday - Friday (10:00 - 19:00)
