Junior and senior year students, MA students and graduates of the University of Georgia have an opportunity to apply for a customer service specialist position at one of the companies.
Main responsibilities:
· Assist customers with their request via Chat, E-mail, Social Media (make outbound calls if needed);
· Manage ongoing orders;
· Provide clear information to the customer;
· Take ownership of the case.
Education & Professional Experience:
· Trainings in customer service is preferable;
· Experience in Customer service and working with database will be considered as an advantage;
· Good PC skills are a must.
Other Requirements:
· Fluency in Georgian, Good knowledge of English and Russian (or fluent in one of these languages);
· Problem solver and proactive;
· High sense of responsibility;
· Easy-going with Tech product and capacity to understand our value proposition;
· Ability to face difficult situations and keep focus in stressful environment;
· Ability to focus on various tasks at the same time;
· Flexible, as we are working in shifts (including night shifts).
Work type – Full time, paid.
