Senior year students, MA students and graduates of the University of Georgia have an opportunity to apply for a paid internship in cyber and information security at one of the business consulting and auditor companies.
Main responsibilities:
· Active involvement in internal and external information security projects;
· Work with standards related to information security management;
· Work with information security technical control mechanisms;
· Team support in work processes related to information security management;
· Involvement in IT and security audit projects.
Qualification requirements:
· Education in information technology or other related fields is preferred;
· Basic knowledge of computer networks and systems;
· Knowledge of the English language (written and verbal communication);
· It is desirable to know the basic principles of information control mechanisms.
Personal characteristics:
· Analytical and logical thinking;
· Ability to work in a team;
· Effective written and oral communication skills;
· Ability to work independently with documents;
· Attention to detail;
· Sense of responsibility.
Additional information:
· Internship Duration – 6 months - candidates who successfully complete the internship program will be employed by the company;
· Working hours - full time - 09:00 - 18:00, Monday - Friday;
